Animal Supply Company (ASC), based in Irving, Texas, is a nationwide distributor of pet and food supplies with roughly 1,000 employees and support centers across five U.S. regions. ASC’s fixed assets — computers, monitors, docking stations and MiFi devices — were spread across multiple locations, and using Monday.com left them struggling with ghost and lost assets and an inefficient inventory process.
