Santander UK, a major financial services provider, faced the challenge of finding a comprehensive and user-friendly digital asset management (DAM) system that could function as a regulatory system, a central artwork library, and a brand asset library within their budget. They turned to the vendor Asset Bank to build a solution that met these extensive and bespoke requirements.

Asset Bank implemented its Enterprise DAM software, which was customized to support Santander's specific functions. The solution provided a centralized hub with user-based permissions, giving Santander complete control over asset usage. As a result, Santander successfully manages over 86,000 assets with 881 users across the organization and its agencies, making it easy to control risk and locate assets for regulatory changes.
