The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is a global NGO focused on sexual and reproductive health. After upgrading to Asset Bank’s modern interface, IPPF found its system needed a broader review: a complex Group and category structure, duplicated assets and metadata issues made content hard to find and the user experience poor.

IPPF engaged Asset Bank’s healthcheck consultancy to scope and reconfigure the system—converting Categories and Access Levels into Folders, deduplicating assets, and using advanced search and metadata tools to re-categorise thousands of items. Access was tightened for sensitive content and key images/news were promoted on the homepage; the result was a full audit, a streamlined folder structure, removal of duplicates, a modernised interface, improved engagement and smoother workflows across the organisation.
