Clarion Housing, one of England’s largest housing providers with over 125,000 properties and 350,000 residents, outgrew its legacy file system: it lacked metadata and effective search, had limited user access, poor interoperability with other systems and no way to manage image lifecycles. After a tender process Clarion implemented Asset Bank’s Digital Asset Management solution, adding branded logins, full file sharing, rich metadata and advanced search (including autocomplete and date/attribute filters), multiple browse methods and an automated overnight sync to a third‑party templating system. The result was smoother workflows, faster asset discovery, reliable templating updates and positive user feedback following a seamless transition.
