The University of Queensland (UQ), a top-100 global university and the largest in Queensland known for high-impact research, needed a robust Digital Asset Management system to store diverse images and documents and to manage complex access for around 30,000 users by role and by group across schools, faculties and departments.

Asset Bank delivered an Enterprise DAM now supporting over 37,500 users, with 114 tailored user groups, 44 organisational units and delegated sub-admin roles. Integration with LDAP automates user provisioning and removal, rights information is clearly displayed during downloads, and features like asset linking and archiving improve discoverability and governance—resulting in scalable, secure, and efficient digital asset management for the university.
