ShelterBox is a global humanitarian charity that provides emergency shelter and essential aid to people displaced by disaster, conflict and climate change. Storytelling through photos and case studies is central to fundraising, but assets were scattered across 12 countries in disparate Microsoft folders and ad hoc systems, making it hard for teams to find, share and reuse high-quality images and stories.
ShelterBox implemented Asset Bank as a centralised digital asset platform, using tagging, search by country/year, case study management and an intuitive interface (including a “newly added” feed) so teams can self-serve images, captions and documents. The result: faster, more consistent storytelling, improved collaboration across fundraising markets, higher asset reuse from local campaigns to major donor bids, and plans to expand into video management.
