Assent’s platform, adopted by IMI in 2018, centralized supplier engagement and compliance data—scaling from a 10‑supplier pilot to managing 3,500 suppliers in the Assent platform—and added programs for California Proposition 65, EU MDR, PFAS tracking, and German SCDDA readiness. The result: global teams access real‑time compliance data, a stronger audit trail and evidence for regulatory reporting, and a more focused, risk‑based ESG program that supports IMI’s sustainability targets and customer requirements.
