A Assemblo Case Study
The Camberwell Centre Association, representing hundreds of local businesses, faced the challenge of supporting its retail and hospitality members during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns. With foot traffic eliminated and a 5km travel limit in place, they needed to pivot to reach local homes and help the community support its traders. They engaged Assemblo to develop a campaign to revitalize the local scene.
Assemblo created the 'What's on the menu?' campaign, which included a flexible printed booklet delivered to 30,000 local homes and a supporting website with up-to-date trader information. This was complemented by targeted social media advertising. The campaign achieved significant results, including 60,000 website pageviews, over 100,000 video playthroughs, and 700,000 impressions on Facebook, successfully keeping local businesses front of mind for the community.
