ZIVVER, a startup that helps organizations prevent data leaks when sharing information, needed a reliable way to process both Microsoft Office documents and PDFs—reading content, converting .docx to .pdf, and applying protections like passwording and watermarking. To meet these core platform requirements they selected Aspose (using Aspose.Total) for document processing due to its stability and completeness.

Aspose was integrated into ZIVVER’s Java back end and fed Office and PDF files to produce plain text or modified documents, with user options exposed in integrations such as Outlook. The Aspose solution delivered consistently accurate Office-to-PDF conversions (“perfect every time”), became a core component at launch in June 2016, and has run without issues since, enabling ZIVVER to provide high value to customers.
