Natural Resources Wales, a government body, needed a new system to schedule and record compliance visits that could also integrate with their various existing platforms. Their challenge involved complex scheduling, multiple system integrations, and the need for a user-friendly, accessible tool. Aspire Systems was engaged to provide a bespoke application development solution to address these requirements.

Aspire Systems built the custom, cloud-based Compliance Assessment Reporting System (CARS) using .NET and Azure. This solution integrated with the client's Asset Bank, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems via bespoke APIs and used SQL Server for data and reporting. The outcomes for Natural Resources Wales included digital report storage with full version control, the integration of all systems into a single interface, and automated invoicing that generates revenue.
