BASE Media Cloud, a cloud-based managed services provider for the Media & Entertainment industry, needed a cost-effective, on-demand way to move ever-larger HD and 4K media files globally. The solution enabled on‑demand, global file exchange—supporting Aurora Media Worldwide’s delivery of multiple terabytes of race content to broadcasters including FOX, CNN, EuroSport and ITV—while scaling with demand and keeping costs aligned with BASE’s pay-as-you-go model.
