Spuul is a Singapore-based streaming service that delivers Indian films and TV shows to a global audience. With content producers in India and a need to move large HD files quickly into cloud storage for processing and streaming, Spuul struggled with slow, unreliable FTP transfers that delayed turnaround and limited the rate at which new content could be published.

Spuul deployed Aspera Platform On Demand to upload files directly into Amazon S3, replacing FTP with line-speed, secure transfers that scale with demand. The change cut transfer times by up to 99.9%, tripled daily uploads from 8 to 25 TV shows (now more than 40 GB/day), accelerated time-to-view for new content, and helped Spuul rapidly expand its library to roughly 1,000 films and dozens of series.
