Delivering Time-Sensitive Video Sermons On Time With High-Speed Transfers

Trinity Fellowship, a multi‑campus church serving communities across Texas and Oklahoma, needed a reliable way to deliver time‑sensitive, lossless HD video sermons from its main campus to multiple satellite locations so Saturday evening services could be shown at Sunday morning services. Growth made driving hard drives impractical and earlier on‑premise and cloud solutions were too slow, unreliable or required time‑consuming compression and manual monitoring.

Trinity deployed Aspera faspex at the main site and Cargo Downloader at each satellite over a dedicated 45 Mbps link, using workgroup deliveries, automatic retries/resume, email notifications and automated downloads for non‑technical staff. The result: reliable overnight delivery (a 190 GB package transferred in under 10 hours versus about 5 GB/day previously), secure transfers, easier workflows for staff, expanded use of lossless HD video, and scalable capacity as the church continues to grow.
