Aspen Technology implemented a browser-based KPI production portal (updates every five minutes) that displays plant-level KPIs, supports drill-down analysis and triggers automated alerts, enabling faster root-cause identification and responsive action. The solution delivered measurable benefits — faster problem resolution, higher asset utilization rates, condition-based maintenance and fewer unplanned shutdowns — driving continuous improvement across Perstorp’s operations.
