Migration from 2serv to Vantage Online – MB Digital drives improvements in processes, data and visibility

MB Digital, a workplace equipment supplier and servicer based in Cumbria, faced a challenge as its outdated 2serv service management system could no longer support its evolving needs, particularly for mobile operations and engineer management. The company sought a more modern solution and chose to migrate to the cloud-based Vantage Online platform from vendor Asolvi.

The solution involved a migration from 2serv to Asolvi's Vantage Online, which provided immediate process improvements and greater data visibility. The cloud-based system was implemented just before the COVID-19 pandemic, which fortuitously enabled remote work for the entire team. While the pandemic delayed further exploration of the platform, the results were very positive, eliminating paper-based processes and significantly improving operational visibility for MB Digital.
