Bueroboss Franchise Chooses Evatic As The Solution Of Choice

Bueroboss, an umbrella brand and central service organization for a group of small to medium-sized office equipment specialists, sought a software solution to standardize operations across its many partners. The group required a system that could be cost-effectively implemented at all locations, integrate seamlessly with their Tosca software, and provide uniform reporting. They chose to implement the Evatic software from vendor Asolvi.

The solution from Asolvi involved a new license model that allowed the software to be hosted centrally and divided into separate, pay-per-use companies for each partner. The implementation, which included KPI dashboards for real-time business analytics, was conducted by Asolvi's partner EBS Solutions GmbH. The result was a standardized and viable system; by mid-2019, four Bueroboss partners were successfully operating with Evatic and were reported to be very satisfied with the solution.
