For fourteen years, technological giant SCCI Alphatrack has relied on Asolvi’s field service management software, Tesseract, to run its operations. Prior to 2003, the company used a cumbersome, manual and paper-heavy system to manage its extensive service work for over 195,000 customer sites, which presented a significant challenge to efficiency and growth.
The solution implemented by Asolvi involved using the integrated Tesseract platform to manage all aspects of field service, from call control and scheduling to remote engineer access. Asolvi also provided interfaces for SCCI Alphatrack's other systems, creating a seamless operation. This resulted in powerful efficiency gains, allowing the business to grow without adding staff, and enabled a complete move to paperless processes, including for critical health and safety inspections.
