Case Study: Leading Infrastructure and Construction Company achieves streamlined, impactful heavy-vehicle driver safety training with ASK EHS

A ASK EHS Case Study

Preview of the Leading Infrastructure and Construction Company Case Study

Support the training and education efforts of the EHS team

Leading Infrastructure and Construction Company, a concreting-services firm with global operations, needed a more effective way to train heavy vehicle drivers and support its EHS team—replacing redundant, two-hour PPT inductions that required qualified trainers and struggled to change ingrained driving behaviours. They engaged ASK EHS to develop a customized animated safety movie as the core training product.

ASK EHS transformed the client’s presentation into a 45-minute, locally voiced animation that recreated real incidents, demonstrated defensive driving, permit processes and critical procedures, and used emotion and humour to improve engagement. The ASK EHS solution reduced induction time from about two hours to 45 minutes, made messages easier to absorb in native languages, improved retention and on-site behaviour, has been rolled out across India (with a Thai voiceover added for Thailand), and the client reports productive reductions in injury rates though exact figures are not quantified.
