Montecarlo, a construction and infrastructure company operating across 100–120 sites in India with over 4,000 employees, needed to replace paper-based, fragmented EHS processes with a digitized, centralized system to standardize procedures and gain on-demand visibility into safety and compliance metrics. At the OSH India Exhibition they engaged ASK EHS to provide an integrated EHS management software and mobile app covering incident/near-miss reporting, CAPA, inspections, change management and regulatory registers.

ASK EHS implemented a two-phase rollout—core modules (incident/near-miss, site observations, inspections and meeting management) went live in February 2019, followed by change management, CAPA mobile approvals and the EHS Mobile App by October—bringing consistent, mobile-first data collection across Montecarlo’s distributed sites. The ASK EHS solution centralized visibility across all projects, improved reporting efficiency and regulatory compliance, accelerated decision-making with real-time safety metrics, and enabled end-to-end tracking of actions from initiation to closure.
