Leading Tyre Manufacturer, a 40‑year‑old global tyre maker building a site in Tamil Nadu, faced a fragmented, paper‑based contractor management process that made tracking workers, vehicles and equipment difficult — at scale covering more than 4,000 workers and 700–800 vehicles/equipment. Seeking centralized visibility and better data capture, the customer engaged ASK EHS and its Contractor Management Software (CMS) to replace manual workflows and improve contractor compliance.

ASK EHS implemented its CMS to digitize contractor qualification, worker records, vehicle/equipment inspections, permits, inductions, automated notifications and dashboards; the first phase (workforce, vehicle and equipment modules) was rolled out in December 2018 and 30+ on‑site personnel were trained during UAT. The CMS provided a single system of record, eliminated manual data collection, improved accuracy and reporting, reduced turnaround time and administrative effort, automated reminders and approvals, and delivered measurable time, cost and resource savings while giving the Leading Tyre Manufacturer real‑time visibility into contractor performance.
