Dorf Ketal, a global specialty chemicals and catalyst manufacturer serving the oil & gas and refinery sectors, needed a reliable, automated digital EHS platform to consolidate its safety processes and manage inherent chemical manufacturing hazards. To meet this need they engaged ASK EHS to develop a customized, web-based EHS software solution that could capture their SOPs, group risk assessments and knowledgebase and extend EHS controls beyond a single plant.

ASK EHS worked from Dorf Ketal’s process templates, performed a 160‑point revision and delivered a modular EHS system (training management, incident/near‑miss, JSA, behaviour‑based safety, group risk assessment, knowledgebase, medical checkup) rolled out across 5 sites with nearly 260 users after two days of training. The deployment digitized incident reporting, improved training scheduling and tracking, secured critical EHS data, and enabled behaviour-based insights and corrective actions—transforming Dorf Ketal’s EHS ecosystem into an automated, scalable platform implemented by ASK EHS.
