Wave Infratech, the real estate arm of Wave Group, is developing major integrated townships in Noida, including Wave City, Wave City Centre, and Wave Estate. To support these complex projects and improve collaboration across teams, the company needed a unified platform for managing project information, processes, and documentation at scale.

In 2016, Wave Infratech signed a multi-year agreement with Asite PLC to deploy the Asite collaboration platform across all current and future projects, including document control, workflow management, tendering, procurement, reporting, eBIM, and the Asite Field app. Asite PLC helped streamline project execution, reduce cost and risk, and improve collaboration; the measurable results included 3,400 customers provided with units, more than 400 families already living in Wave City, and a 245-acre development that will ultimately become a 4,500-acre self-sufficient city.
