Twickenham Stadium, the home of England Rugby and the world’s largest dedicated rugby union venue, needed a way to manage its £54 million East Stand Extension project efficiently while coordinating hospitality and debenture space across six levels. Asite PLC provided its cloud-based Common Data Environment solution to help the project team handle the complex build and associated document management processes.

Using Asite PLC’s platform, the team stored, tracked, and managed project files, replaced paper-based processes with secure web forms, and automated workflows to improve collaboration and control. The solution enabled up-to-date information sharing across the Rugby Football Union, Mace, and other stakeholders, helping the extension complete in November 2018 and delivering over 19,000 sq m of new space for 6,800 premium ticket holders.
