Redrow Homes, a leading UK homebuilder based in Flintshire, Wales, needed a more effective way to manage project information, improve collaboration across offices and external partners, and gain better visibility into procurement and supply chain activity. To support its South East Division and broader development portfolio, Redrow Homes turned to Asite PLC and its cloud-based platform, including a common data environment (CDE) and supply chain management capabilities.

Asite PLC implemented a centralized, customizable platform that connected Redrow Homes’ internal systems with project data, created a single repository for all information, and enabled better tender, contract, and procurement management. The solution improved efficiency across Redrow’s 16 UK offices and 2,000+ staff, strengthened sustainable procurement practices, and helped support the delivery of more than 5,000 homes a year. It also contributed to Redrow Homes becoming the first UK housebuilder to achieve WWF “Three Trees” status in 2018 for sustainable sourcing.
