Natural Resources Wales (NRW), the largest Welsh Government sponsored body, needed a better way to manage multiple frameworks and complex stakeholder relationships across consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors. Asite PLC provided a platform to support NRW’s environmental work and project delivery, including contract management and a common data environment.

Using Asite’s Contract Management solution and Common Data Environment (CDE), NRW was able to host frameworks with the NEC3 suite of contracts and maintain a single source of truth for all project documents. The result was more seamless management of stakeholder relationships and end-to-end project control, supporting NRW’s work across Wales’s natural resources.
