Imtech, one of the UK and Ireland’s largest technical service providers, needed a reliable common data environment for the refurbishment and remodelling of 11-15 Grosvenor Crescent. Using Asite’s Adoddle platform, they wanted to manage bid/tender, contracts, email, workflows, numbering, and BIM/3D modelling within a single CDE.

Asite implemented its “My Project in the Cloud” solution, giving Imtech unlimited users and data storage, plus modules for document, workflow, bid/tender, contract, pre-qualification, app library, cBIM, and reporting. With Adoddle Navigator linking the platform to Imtech’s servers, the team achieved seamless collaboration, better synchronisation, improved accuracy, full auditability, and BS1192-aligned compliance, while reducing manual file handling and supporting more efficient cost management.
