Georgiou Group Pty Ltd, a national civil engineering and building construction company in Australia, was tasked with delivering the design and construction of Hollywood Private Hospital’s new consulting center, endoscopy suite, and radiation oncology facilities. The project required managing large volumes of information across a complex supply chain while maintaining a secure single source of truth. Asite PLC provided the Common Data Environment (CDE) as part of its Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution.

Asite PLC’s platform was used to centralize project information, support design management, contract correspondence, and controlled document management across the supply chain. The solution helped Georgiou successfully complete the expansion in early 2020, delivering the new center with 37 specialist rooms, a supporting car park, and additional clinical facilities, while Asite was deployed across more than 30 Georgiou projects in Australia.
