Ascot Racecourse, a leading UK racecourse, undertook a major £200 million redevelopment project to become the world's best. The main contractor, Laing O’Rourke, faced the challenge of managing this complex project, which required strong coordination and secure document control for all associated files. To address this, they utilized the project management platform from vendor Asite PLC.

Using the Asite platform optimized workflows and enabled collaboration, ensuring all project documents remained secure and were archived for future use. The redevelopment was completed on time after a 20-month closure, ready for the Royal Ascot meeting. The results included a new 57,000-capacity grandstand, an integrated hotel, and improved facilities, successfully transforming the racecourse.
