Laing O'Rourke Group, working through Al Naboodah Laing O'Rourke on the Al Raha Beach development in Abu Dhabi, needed a secure way to manage collaboration across a large, complex mixed-use project with many stakeholders and a long pre-construction phase. Asite PLC was brought in to provide project collaboration services and training for the entire development team.

Asite PLC implemented a project management and collaboration tool to improve coordination and project security, supported by over 7,000 hours of training for approximately 4,700 users across 162 sessions. The solution helped the team work more effectively on the prestigious US$14.7 billion development, which spans 11 precincts and is designed to eventually house 120,000 residents.
