Public and Commercial Services Union Strengthens Backup Infrastructure for Cybersecurity and Compliance Challenges

The Public and Commercial Services (PCS) Union, one of the UK’s largest trade unions with around 300,000 members and a widely distributed IT estate (including the Oracle-based Commix system, VMware environments and Office365), needed to strengthen its primary and secondary IT operations after an internal audit.
