Beaconhills College, an independent school in Victoria, faced the challenge of broadening its AI strategy beyond teaching and learning to include operational functions. The college needed to create a coordinated, whole-school adoption framework to address varying staff attitudes and ensure responsible AI use across all departments. To achieve this, Beaconhills College worked with ASI Solutions and completed its AI Adoption Essentials for Education workshop.

Through the workshop facilitated by ASI Solutions, the college developed a clearer and more inclusive framework for AI adoption. This resulted in a shared vision, agreed priorities, and a stronger focus on measurable outcomes. The process broadened participation in planning across operations, HR, and compliance, establishing a stronger foundation for solving real business problems and helping staff work more efficiently.
