Mystic Lake Casino Hotel faced a major operational challenge as it expanded from a casino into a full-service resort: paper-based, reactive maintenance could not scale to support a growing property. To move to proactive, trackable upkeep that staff without computer skills could use and that would grow with the facility, Mystic Lake selected MaintiMizer™ from Ashcom Technologies.

Ashcom Technologies implemented the MaintiMizer™ CMMS (installed in 1995 and since upgraded to full Windows functionality), which now supports an 850,000 sq. ft. facility with two hotel towers and more than 400 rooms and suites. The system enforces preventive maintenance and routine inspections, leading to fewer equipment failures, fewer emergency calls from housekeeping, clearer job definitions, easier training and supervision, and a more consistent guest environment—measurable operational improvements attributed to Ashcom Technologies’ MaintiMizer™.
