Interbake Foods became an Ashcom Technologies client in 2011 to deploy MaintiMizer™ for managing their maintenance department. Initially using only the Work Order and Equipment modules, engineering manager Keith Longhurst found the team needed deeper, structured training to expand use of the system, so seven months after installation they invested in Ashcom’s Continuous Improvement Curriculum.

Ashcom Technologies delivered its personalized Continuous Improvement Curriculum—led onsite by field expert Craig Miller—to review Interbake’s current MaintiMizer™ use, develop written SOPs for preventive maintenance, and configure reporting, work-order dropdowns, custom fields, parts inventory, purchase orders, vendor records and scheduling. The engagement produced documented procedures, fuller module configuration and increased system utilization and effectiveness, giving Interbake clearer PM processes and better maintenance reporting.
