Procter & Gamble (P&G) wanted a more complete and timely understanding of its Global Employee Engagement Survey, but manually reviewing only subsets of 250,000 open-ended responses across 30 languages was slow, complex, and limited. The company needed a way to categorize multilingual verbatim feedback, account for P&G-specific acronyms and terminology, and connect open-ended comments with survey data for deeper demographic analysis.
Ascribe implemented Ascribe Inspector, along with custom text analytics rules, auto-translation, and training support, to analyze all verbatim responses and enable flexible filtering and segmentation. With Ascribe, P&G expanded language coverage from 4 to 30 languages, increased open-ended questions from 4 to 9, and gained faster, more holistic insights that helped leaders act on employee feedback in real time.
