Stevens Pass, a Washington ski resort, faced its lowest recorded snowfall in 78 years during 2014/15 and needed to boost Season Pass sales despite muted demand. They engaged Ascent360 to broaden their target audience and deliver more personalized messaging by using segmented email creative and integrating ExactTarget with Stevens Pass data.

Ascent360 implemented nine tailored email streams (three age groups × three behavior segments) with unique copy and incentives, sending each segment multiple times before the pass deadline. The campaign produced the largest traffic spike of the year at launch, drove 75% new-session traffic to the site, and saw 67% of email clicks go to Learn More/Buy Now CTAs—delivering increased revenue and deeper customer insights for Stevens Pass.
