Mission Ridge Makes Smart Marketing Decisions with Ascent360 Customer Data Platform

Mission Ridge, a Washington ski area with 36 runs and a new Freedom Pass, needed a way to track the program’s success and move beyond mass marketing to deliver meaningful, targeted content. They turned to Ascent360 and its Customer Data Platform (CDP) to centralize customer data and measure campaign performance.

Ascent360 implemented the CDP and, together with its Client Success team, built automated, data-driven campaigns that reminded Freedom Passholders when they unlocked upgrades and discounts—converting many beginners into season passholders. The Ascent360 solution reduced one-off and traditional media spend, increased Freedom→Season pass conversions (NSAA Conversion Cup winner), decreased wasted marketing spend, and enabled easy revenue tracking so Mission Ridge now makes smarter marketing decisions.
