Fortune 500 financial enterprise migrates 643 lockbox accounts with Ascendum Solutions

Ascendum Solutions collaborated with a Fortune 500 financial enterprise, one of the largest consumer banks in the Midwestern United States. The customer faced the challenge of migrating its existing customer lockbox accounts from traditional platforms to the new ImageRPS platform to enhance efficiency and streamline payment processing for its growing base of wholesale and retail customers.

Ascendum Solutions designed a Windows tool to migrate data from various sources to ImageRPS and created an automation solution for data validation. Using a phased deployment approach, Ascendum successfully migrated 643 lockboxes, mapping over 250,000 fields, which enabled end-customers to access their lockboxes at any time during the migration and lowered the risk of unknown issues.
