Summit Realty Group, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member serving the Indianapolis market, faced a cumbersome legacy CRM that lacked Outlook integration, produced poor adoption, and made it difficult to track performance and complete critical tasks. To make brokers more effective and ensure consistently excellent client service, Summit selected AscendixRE and its Real Estate Advantage solution (built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM) to replace the outdated tools.
AscendixRE implemented Real Estate Advantage with Outlook integration, migrated historical data, configured role-based dashboards, and automated workflows and reminders (for example, lease-expiration alerts and accounting notifications). The change drove measurable improvements: broker adoption rose to about 90%, data entry was reduced from multiple clicks to one, reporting and marketing list generation became faster and more accurate, and executives gained real-time visibility—resulting in more efficient operations and improved client service.
