KIG CRE, an institutional multifamily investment brokerage with $2,251,672,696 in multifamily sales, needed a modern, cloud-based CRM to track clients, contacts and properties, log interaction notes, set follow-up reminders, monitor the sales pipeline and integrate with a proprietary Microsoft Azure property-data tool. After finding their existing on-premise CRM costly, non-user-friendly and unable to integrate, KIG CRE selected AscendixRE (AscendixRE powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online) to address these challenges.

AscendixRE implemented a tailored solution using AscendixRE powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Ascendix consulting services to import data, build custom forms and views, and connect KIG CRE’s Azure-based property feeds, improving data flow and usability. By working closely with KIG CRE’s internal champion on data importation, configuration and end-user training, AscendixRE shortened time-to-value, streamlined pipeline tracking and enabled more effective management of clients, properties and closed deals.
