How JLL Increased CRM Adoption by Six Times

Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL), a Fortune 500 commercial real estate and investment management firm, struggled with poor CRM adoption and difficulty integrating property, lease and opportunity data across global offices on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. To gain scalability and agility and to centralize real estate intelligence, JLL engaged AscendixRE (Ascendix Technologies) to implement AscendixRE CRM for Dynamics and related services, including consulting, data migration, support/concierge teams, and cloud migration.

AscendixRE rebuilt search and map capabilities, added xRE Composer brochure generation, duplicate-detection, Excel/CSV import‑export tools, and migrated JLL’s Dynamics stack to the cloud, enabling rapid global rollout (adding 3,500 Dynamics CRM Online seats to 2,000 existing seats). As a result, CRM adoption increased about sixfold, marketing segmentation and forecasting improved, brokers gained faster access to up‑to‑date property data, and JLL brought rich CRE functionality to market in months instead of years.
