AscendixRE migrated Trademark Property Co from VTS and customized the CRM with deal sheets, lease mapping automation, approval workflows, custom fields and reports, community access controls, and integrations with Outlook, Box, SharePoint, Formstack, and other systems. As a result, Trademark improved visibility across deals, spaces, budgets, and leases, automated rent calculations, and sped up lease execution; the company reported that the time from early lease discussions to signing gradually decreased, helping leases get signed faster.
