Shifting to a No-Rating Scale model

Fred IT Group, Australia’s largest dedicated IT solution provider to the pharmacy and health industries with over 200 staff, wanted to move away from a traditional numeric rating system and better align individual performance with strategic goals. To simplify performance management, improve data accuracy, promote coaching and career development, and create a one-stop, user-friendly PM process, Fred partnered with Ascender and adopted Ascender’s Performance Management (PM) solution / Performance First Legacy.

Ascender supported Fred through a change-management program that included manager workshops, updated PM documentation and coaching models, and roll-out of real-time reporting and simplified goal-setting tools.
