Secure Parking, a major parking operator across Australia, New Zealand and the UK with 400+ employees, faced inefficient payroll and HR processes due to a lack of integration between its payroll/HCM and workforce management systems. Ascender — Secure Parking’s trusted partner for seven years — had been providing payroll services (including Ascender Preceda) and Ascender HCM, but manual transfers from the workforce platform created time-consuming workarounds, payroll risk and limited visibility, problems made worse by COVID-19 and changing legislation.

Ascender partnered with Humanforce to integrate Ascender Preceda and Ascender HCM with Humanforce’s rostering, attendance and timesheets, delivering real-time data feeds, dynamic rostering and a centralised HR/payroll repository. The integrated solution from Ascender reduced manual errors and processing time, improved compliance and workforce flexibility, and boosted recruitment and onboarding outcomes — including a 10% Net Promoter Score increase within one year — while supporting Secure Parking’s 400+ employees across ANZ and the UK.
