Rotorua Lakes Council increases Performance Management adoption by more than 50%

Rotorua Lakes Council, tasked with delivering positive outcomes for the Rotorua district, needed to become more effective and responsive and better align projects and programs with the district’s ambitions. To address this challenge, Rotorua Lakes Council partnered with Ascender to implement Ascender HCM’s recruitment and performance modules.

Ascender implemented its recruitment and performance modules to align individual efforts with organisational goals and streamline people processes; as a result, performance management adoption increased by more than 50% and the council reports becoming a much more effective and efficient organisation.
