Ascender, via the Ascender PeoplePay/Ascender Pay Asia platform and HLB, now processes Mentor Graphics’ monthly payroll, delivering more user-friendly data input, better-designed reports for easier analysis, strong in-country support, and compliance. The outsourcing arrangement has streamlined payroll operations, reduced overhead, and freed Mentor Graphics’ HR to concentrate on technology delivery, with the partnership in place since 2012.
