HomeStart Finance, a South Australian government-established lender helping people into homeownership, employed over 100 staff and needed to modernise its performance processes. To address this, HomeStart turned to vendor Ascender and its Performance Management solution.
Ascender implemented its online Performance Management system, enabling employees and managers to log in, capture objectives, conduct reviews and align goals centrally. The solution increased transparency and engagement, improved compliance with performance processes, and made development conversations more visible and frequent — delivering a more consistent, measurable approach to performance that supported HomeStart’s culture, productivity and employee development. Ascender’s system helped HomeStart better track and manage performance across the organisation.
