Case Study: Trendhim achieves clearer prioritization and rapid scaling with Asana

A Asana Case Study

Trendhim gets its priorities straight with Asana

Trendhim is a Danish online retailer of men's accessories with about 110 staff serving customers across more than 25 countries. After rapid growth, the company struggled to scale because its work management tools gave poor visibility and no clear prioritisation—employees spent the first 30 minutes of each day figuring out what to do, projects stalled, and work often went to whoever spoke the loudest.

By migrating to Asana (after cleaning and organising legacy data) Trendhim introduced Boards, dependencies, Priority sorting, task templates and a single “New Project Flow” to coordinate cross‑functional work. The platform improved visibility, accountability, and communication, cut “work about work” and meetings, reduced stress, and enabled the company to scale the team ~6.5x while maintaining excellent customer reviews and faster, more reliable product launches.
