The Leukaemia Foundation, one of Australia’s largest nonprofits (250+ employees across multiple offices), needed a better way to manage 30+ monthly marketing campaigns and growing fundraising and awareness efforts. Work was fragmented across email and spreadsheets, making it hard to keep responsibilities, timelines and budgets clear and to coordinate marketing across regions.
After piloting Asana, the national marketing coordinator led a structured rollout with training, templates and meeting workflows so the team could centralize planning and execution. Asana became the single source of truth for campaign planning, helping the team deliver work on time and on budget, improve transparency and collaboration across offices, scale marketing activity, and inspire other teams to adopt the platform.
