A Asana Case Study
Montblanc turned to Asana during the COVID-19-driven shift to digital collaboration because its projects were spread across emails, SharePoint files, and meetings, making it hard to find key information or track status at a glance. The company needed a centralized work management platform to bring more visibility and coordination to complex, cross-functional work.
With Asana, Montblanc implemented shared project portfolios, custom workflows, task automation, and integrations with tools like Microsoft 365, SAP, Figma, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. Asana helped Montblanc manage more than 1,700 projects and nearly 70,000 tasks, connect 1,700 tasks from 14 apps, save about 645 hours of work, and generate over 4,200 automations in one year, while also reducing meetings and email traffic.
