iCHEF, based in Taiwan, needed a better way to scale collaboration across departments as it grew its R&D work and backend systems. With teams struggling to share tasks, responsibilities, and project context, iCHEF looked to Asana to improve transparency and coordination across the company.
Working with Asana and implementation partner Master Concept, iCHEF rolled out company-wide workflows for R&D, customer service, and marketing. The result was stronger cross-team collaboration, faster handling of 5,000 customer service requests per month, and around 100 projects completed annually, with iCHEF reporting a dramatic boost in productivity and hours saved.
